If TANP is 'blake2s 32 32 8 8 note blake2 specification', with the latest code PANP is unchanged. However, looking for similarity of this will unnecessarily try to match the numbers. Instead, we could remove the numbers and look for similarity of 'blake2s note blake2 specification'. Perhaps, we can also remove other tokens based on other criteria: like removing 'note' if it is part of the common words list etc.
